Job Description Summary

As an Assembler / Tester, you'll be part of a team assembling high quality, small electronics for aircraft cockpits. You will use various hand tools related to electronics assembly including crimpers, soldering irons, and wire strippers.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Education or GED equivalency.
• 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Intermediate understanding of blueprint and process sheet interpretation
• Ability and willingness to use basic hand tools (crimpers, soldering iron, wire strippers, brazing equipment, etc.) and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to operate high temperature ovens and furnaces
• Ability and willingness to pass Visual Acuity Exam as necessary.
• Ability and willingness to obtain Solder, Braze, and Electro-Static discharge certification as required

The pay for this position is $20 / hour. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 1 / 31 / 25.
