HR Site Leader - Rutland, Vermont

Job Description Summary

The HR Site Leader in Rutland, VT, will be responsible for providing the full scope of HR advice, guidance, and support across the non-union manufacturing population (1100 employees across 2 shops and 6 shifts). In this role, you will partner with the Rutland Leadership team to plan and execute strategies that ensure maximum engagement of human capital. You will lead a team of 3 HR professionals.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resource (HR) functions including all aspects of; professional relations, hourly relations, employee benefits, compensation, employee involvement, practices, training, organizational change and development and communications
• Perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, performance management and career development
• Be an active leader in the Lean Transformation Culture across all functions
• Consult with the clients to define roles / missions and design the organizational structure to support a shop that produces 2 million parts per year
• Provide counsel in the design and implementation of compensation and recognition programs
• Provide support or deliver training on a variety of Human Resources topics including;

interviewing and EEO compliance
