In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute with some guidance on the analysis / evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy / strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions / parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
- Maintain open and close communication with FTO Team, Evendale engineering customer, and Airframer Customer.
- Recommend approach to meet the technical and program requirements
- Formulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments
- Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems
- Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and / or tasks
- Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
- Author instrumentation and systems descriptions of the test request
- Troubleshoot instrumentation squawks and provide solution and instructions for technicians
- Maintain instrumentation configuration and actively communicate changes with engineering teams and customers
- Ensure data quality and perform quantitative instrumentation checks
- Data acquisition and signal processing

The base pay range for this position is $87,700 - 109,700 - $131,600. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 11 / 29 / 2024.
