Responsible for setting up and operating assigned machines
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities :
- Runs product as required
- Completes machine set-up
- Loads tool and tool holders as required
- Jaw cutting and re-cutting
- Sets fixture offsets as required
- Verifies correct tool hardware, tool diameter, tool radius, drill length and end mills
- Verifies accuracy of tool offset changes as needed
- Perform periodic inspections of calibration
- Read and process parts and visual braze inspection
- Maintains accurate work records
- Utilizes precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Willingness to support team concept and learn / perform other duties as required
