Roles and Responsibilities :

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assemble and TIG weld aerospace castings and details
• Use fixtures, tools, and gauges to produce aerospace parts meetings blueprint drawing tolerances
• Follow detailed work instructions
• Practice weld procedures per GE and Nadcap / AWS specifications
• Work in a team environment, participate in Action Workouts, and contribute to the LEAN Manufacturing workplace
• Practice safe work habits and maintain a hazard-free work environment

NOTE : Employee will have a 60-day period to establish performance in new classification and acquire necessary tools. If such performance is not established and maintained, the individual will be returned to previous classification.
