About this Position
The Small Uncrewed Engines (SUE) team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Control Leader to join our fast-paced and high energy team, which is expected to deliver a new centerline engine in under 3 years. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing program control activities, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of program management principles and the ability to apply lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead program control activities for the Small Uncrewed Engines Team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Utilize lean principles to drive process improvements and enhance program efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate program status, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
