Job Description Summary
Model Based Enterprise (MBE) Program Manager, responsible for operating in lockstep with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for development needs and conveys that vision to the build and / or operations team. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders : Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners and Developers.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
- Lead MBE initiatives to enable new business capabilities.
- Coordinate and lead MBE cross-product program management initiatives and objectives (e.g., Big Room Review (BRR), standard work, training).
- Execute on MBE cross-product Lean objectives (e.g., conduct MOR updates, WOR, action plans, metrics).
- Establish deep network with various stakeholders within GE Aerospace and collaborate with them to identify MBE priorities.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the GE Aerospace business processes, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
- Work cross-functionally with product owners (e.g., MBSE, MBD, MBA, MBM, MBQ, PLM, DTE) to align activities and deliverables.
- Analyze enterprise solutions and develops a road map along with an implementation plan.
- Provide leadership, technology guidance and mentors others throughout the domain.
- Partner with business leaders to align projects with business goals and needs.
- Participate in enterprise strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development.
- Communicate effectively both within immediate team and GE Aerospace leadership.
