The Staff Dynamic Data System Engineer - Test is responsible for designing, validating and developing. This position works independently and contribute to the immediate team and to other teams. This position will lead design discussions in a limited manner.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
- Responsible for gathering and translating customer requirements into executable product specifications.
- Work collaboratively to design, procure, and evaluate data systems and software for acquiring instrumentation data from engine and rig tests.
- Responsible for execution of laboratory and field validation testing and data acquisition for use in the design and validation of products and services.
- Remain current in the state of the art within own technical specialty for new products introduction activity, performance improvements, cost reductions and problem resolutions
- Create proper technical documentation for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational / product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum years of experience 6 years
