Job Description Summary
The Aeroderivative Engineering Program Manager (FPC) will be a recognized leader in Gas Power Engineering. This role will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and company objectives and will play a critical role in driving the success of the Aeroderivative Engineering team by overseeing end-to-end program management of FPC programs. This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align on strategic priorities, optimize resources, and manage risks effectively.
Additionally, this role will lead product structuring efforts for the Aero Engineering team.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Full FPC programs ownership (Sell-It, Fix-It, Build-It, etc), budget controllership and accountability for leading horizontally across the Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams in Gas Power.
- Monitor financial performance against the budget, identify and address variances, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Partner with Aero Engineering Design, ITR and Services team to drive sustainable Year-over-Year (YoY) productivity.
- Serve as the engineering focal for business rhythms for FPC initiatives; Operations Planning, S2, Year-end Estimates, etc., ensuring cohesive program execution.
- Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact program performance or timelines, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular program updates, including budgetary updates, schedule progress, risk assessments, resource utilization and recommendations for improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve the aeroderivative engineering program management processes & operating rhythms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the product structuring efforts for the Aero Engineering team to explore transition to MLI (Model List Item) concept.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $122,300.00 - 203,900.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 15% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 3 / 7 / 2025.
