Market trends are showing the industrial segment to be one of the leading sectors for decarbonization projects with low carbon hydrogen fuels.
As part of the carbon solutions team, the hydrogen product manager will lead the hydrogen product strategy for the industrial gas turbine segment.
One primary focus for the product manager will be to lead the development and product positioning for new 100% H2 DLN solutions for industrial, petrochemical and Oil and Gas customers.
Job Description
Role and responsibilities
- Champion strategy and business case for 100% H2 product in the industrial space.
- Business development : drive engagement with customers and market players leading in hydrogen, working with decarbonization commercial teams.
- Define marketing and communications strategy on current and future hydrogen offerings in the industrial space.
- Lead and prioritize cross-platform NPI for 100% H2 DLN solution on the industrial portfolio.
- Drive technology synergies across the portfolio and consistency of product structuring across the platforms.
- Manage risks of product introduction, qualification with launch customers.
- Take responsibility for hydrogen ATQs, coordinating with product management counterparts.
- Engage with Oil & Gas partner for sales into the Oil & Gas segment. Potentially including negotiation of a technology license & distribution agreement, partnership on new products.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $118,600.00 - $197,600.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least Feb16th.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas of the USA.
