Job Overview
This role supports our field service operations for North America. Daily activities will include working with customers to arrange technical support, assistance in RMA’s and directing inquiries to internal experts. Daily work in ERP system, SFDC/ServiceMax, Microsoft Office Suite, and online storage spaces. Running of reports, manipulation of large amounts of data, interfacing with internal staff at various levels and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Customers, Sales teams and Finance, along with other GE teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
- Support the Technical Support and Operations teams with reports and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and assist with various projects and activities to ensure follow through and completion.
- Assist with creating service agreements and supporting customers.
- Organize online files and data and update as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate degree, or technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supportive and systems driven field
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience in ERP systems – SAP preferred
- Hands on experience with applications and databases
- Experience in Salesforce and/or ServiceMax preferred
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced and recent excellent knowledge with Excel and Outlook
- VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.
- Customer experience with understanding of urgency; follow-up and closure
- Fast learning, time management skills and ability to multitask
- Project management skills– set daily priorities and bring activities to closure based on priority
- Excellent attention to Detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience manipulation of large amounts of data from multiple data sources and running of reports
- Ability to work with or without step-by-step instructions
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Drive improvement and efficiency of existing processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,400.00 - $90,500.00 per year
