The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.

Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions / systems checking.
Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
- Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
- Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and / or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicates with direct team and supervisor.
- Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.
- Ability to work in other operations to cover as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $74,800- $93,500 The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 5 % performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity and a 10% shift differential.
