Essential Responsibilities :
- Prevailing Wage Compliance :
Determine correct prevailing wages for each project role based on federal regulations.
Ensure all projects meet apprenticeship participation / minimum hour thresholds as outlined in IRA requirements.
Collect, analyze, and manage data to prove compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements.
Work with project managers, contractors, and legal teams to ensure clear understanding of compliance requirements.

The base pay range for this position is $114,100 - $190,200 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 15%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than January 29, 2025.
