Responsibilities :
- Work in a global, cross-business team responsible for GEH - Nuclear "Advanced Applications Nuclear Systems Engineering" function.
- Provide technical guidance, resources and training needed to ensure high quality deliverables in accordance with customer requirements, business procedures and regulatory agency guidelines.
- Primary activities which include :
- 1) The delivery of cohesive, high quality technical solutions to commercial, DOE, NASA, and DOD customers of the new plants businesses in an on-time manner.
- 2) The development, maintenance, application and improvement of design and analysis processes (including procedures).
- 3) The support of business growth initiatives, including new product and services introductions, and the development of innovative technical solutions for new plants by staying current in industry trends and partnering with stakeholders leveraging industry relationships.
- 4) The development of technical talent and technical depth within the organization in Advanced reactor technology areas such as PRISM, Natrium, the Versatile Test Reactor (VTR) and high-temperature gas reactors for terrestrial and space nuclear applications.

The base pay range for this position is $112-160k. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity. This position is expected to close on 11 / 29 / 2024.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
