What Impact You'll Make
As a member of the Hot Gas Path, Rotors, and Airfoils Supplier Quality Engineering Team, you will be an active contributor to delivering on our Vernova purpose by enabling and driving our team of external suppliers to deliver the high-quality hardware for our Gas Turbine fleet to power the ENERGY TRANSITION.

- Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Some key tools you will use in this include :
PFMEA
Defect tracking (Trends, Paretos, etc.)
Control Plan (Development and Sustaining)

For purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $82,900 - $110,000 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This Lead Professional Band position is also eligible for a variable incentive bonus of 10%.
This position will stay open on the career website until at least 2 / 13 / 2025.
