Job Overview: Provides work direction to sanitation staff to ensure clean dishes, silverware, kitchenware and kitchens according to National Sanitation Foundation standards.
Illuminate Your Future: What You'll Do:
- Operates dish machine and maintains racks and dish storage.
- Cleans floors and light kitchen equipment. Removes trash and cleans coolers.
- Delivers and stocks plates, glasses, pots and pans for all restaurant and kitchen areas,
- Maintains loading dock area (Little Six Casino) / Assists in Banquets by cleaning or moving
kitchen equipment.(Mystic Lake Casino Hotel).
Job Requirements:
- Two years steward experience.
- Valid D driver’s license may be required with a good driving record.
- Certified Food Service Manager Certificate or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
