Key Responsibilities:
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM)
- Perform assembly tasks following high-specification drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills to keep workstations clean and orderly.
- Utilize hand and power tools with precision and efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
- Train and support team members as needed.
- Complete tasks within designated deadlines, even in high-pressure situations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Your profile and qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Technical Training: Certified vocational degrees preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in assembly or a related field.
- Certifications: Lean training/certification preferred.

Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of high-spec assembly drawings.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Comprehension of safety protocols and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, and walk for extended periods on a concrete surface.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate tools and machinery.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
