Possible Hybrid Work Schedule after training
- Customer relationship management tool key user and data steward.
- Create SAP quotes.
- Customer creation in SAP via ticket.
- Maintain all quote and order files within our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Maintain current quote/order templates
- Generate Quotes (original and revisions) for our sales organization.
- Generate Order Confirmations and amendments for our sales organization.
- Backup receptionist when out of office.
- Backup receptionist support for customer visits, internal meetings etc.
- Backup Sales Coordinator for Packaging, Slicing and Processing.
- Backup Order Handler Tasks as needed.
- Assist with tradeshows – hotel room blocks, etc.
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- High School Diploma (Required) and/or bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of Administrative Experience.
- SAP or other ERP Experience (preferred).
- Microsoft Word and Excel Proficient (Required).
