Inside Sales Manager
We’re seeking a dynamic professional to manage dealer rebate programs, drive sales in alternative distribution channels (e.g.,, OEM accounts), and enhance dealer support initiatives. This role includes coordinating dealer training, addressing customer service issues, developing sales objectives, and providing strategic input on pricing and promotions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and track rebate programs (Premier Partners, Manure Rebate).
- Drive sales for alternative distribution channels and assigned accounts.
- Develop, implement, and monitor dealer warranty and sales programs.
- Support dealers under $500,000 in annual purchases via inside sales.
- Develop and communicate annual dealer objectives by March 1.
- Conduct dealer assessments and recommend improvements or transitions.
- Coordinate efforts across customer service, production, and plants.
- Communicate regularly with dealers via calls, webinars, and reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost sales or reduce costs.
