Responsibilities / Tasks
Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment : Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Material Handling : Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, palletizers) for safe and efficient material storage.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain inventory records, track shipments, and generate reports on stock levels and operations.
Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety standards and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Customer Service : Address material handling and order fulfillment concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in warehouse operations or material handling are a plus.
Prior warehouse experience with expertise in inventory management, warehouse equipment operation.
Physical Stamina : Lift, carry, and move heavy items safely; stand and walk for extended periods.
Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in inventory handling, picking, packing, and shipping.
Problem-Solving : Identify and report discrepancies, defects, and inefficiencies in warehouse processes.
Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean and orderly workspace with proper storage practices.
Equipment Operation : Proficient in or able to learn forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery.
Safety & Compliance : Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and handling materials.
Technical Proficiency : Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and software for inventory tracking and order processing.
Data & Record-Keeping : Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate inventory records.
Communication : Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors, following verbal and written instructions.
Time Management : Meet deadlines and productivity goals while working efficiently under pressure.
Flexibility : Adapt to various warehouse tasks as needed.
Work Environment : Ability to work in outside temperatures
