Sample Preparation & Analysis : Prepare reagents and samples, then conduct analyses on raw materials, in-process items, stability studies, and finished products to generate reliable data, including calibrations and test results.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all test results meet QA specifications and adhere to GEA’s stringent procedures, including health, safety, and quality protocols.
Documentation : Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis in compliance with company standards.
Equipment Management : Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on analytical instruments, ensuring optimal performance.
Lab Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized lab environment, manage inventory of standards and reagents, and handle proper disposal of lab materials.
Data Management : Conduct basic statistical calculations and accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets.
Collaboration : Work closely with departments such as R&D and Production to support the timely release of finished products.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Education & Experience :
Associate degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, with at least two years of relevant work experience.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field will be considered with no prior work experience.

Physical Demands :
Extended standing; occasional overhead lifting.
Frequent walking, stooping, bending, and reaching.
Occasional stair climbing, ladder use, and forklift access.
May lift up to 60 pounds.
