Responsibilities / Tasks
- Technical Support :
Assist Sales Engineers with technical expertise in GEA chemical / pharmaceutical decanter and separator lines
Support customers in optimizing processes and maintenance procedures.
Provide training sessions for customers and internal teams to increase understanding of products and processes.
Position the after sales product line effectively against competitors(grey market, etc).
Work with sales and project execution teams to provide industry-specific knowledge.
Help improve internal processes and procedures .
Your Profile / Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with knowledge of separators and decanters.
Expertise in state-of-the-art processes related to decanters and separators.
