We're looking for a technically skilled and commercially aware Technical Account Manager - Partnerships to join Gearset's Strategic Alliances team. In this role, you'll be the key technical point of contact for our partners, including Salesforce and leading GSIs / SIs, ensuring they're fully enabled to position and deliver Gearset's solutions effectively.
You'll play a crucial role in driving partner success by leading technical enablement, onboarding, and education programs, working closely with our Partner Account Managers and Account Executives. Your expertise will help deepen relationships, accelerate adoption, and ultimately drive revenue growth-both for our partners and for Gearset.

Deliver impactful training and enablement initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and tailored sessions that drive deep product understanding.
Work cross-functionally with sales, sales engineering, and product teams, influencing how Gearset evolves to meet the needs of our growing partner network.
What you'll achieve
Empower partners with in-depth technical knowledge through training, enablement programs, and hands-on support.
Strengthen Gearset's relationships with key partners, acting as the trusted technical advisor to Salesforce and GSI / SI teams.
Lead technical onboarding for new partners, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption of Gearset's solutions.
Enhance partner engagement by organising regular training sessions, webinars, and enablement initiatives.
Influence product and enablement strategy, identifying technical gaps and working with internal teams to improve partner experiences.
Develop and manage certification programs, ensuring partners have the skills to sell, implement, and support Gearset effectively.
About you
Have been in an technical account management or technical enablement role for several years or more, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven track record of delivering technical training, education, and certification programs.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including API integrations, Salesforce AppExchange, and configuration.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I / II, or App Builder are a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skill, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences.
A proven ability to manage multiple partners and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Great to haves
Experience working with Salesforce and large systems integration partners or in a vendor capacity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Familiarity with SaaS business models and partner / channel ecosystems.
Knowledge of DevOps is a strong advantage.
Salary and benefits (the stuff you'd expect!)
Salary is up to $120,000, depending on experience
This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday; based from our River North WeWork office, but with the opportunity of flexible home working.
