What You’ll Do
- Provide real-time technical support to HVAC field service technicians, assisting with installation and repair issues
- Conduct HVAC training sessions for contractors and service technicians
- Analyze warranty claims and develop solutions to reduce warranty costs
- Collaborate with product managers to identify and resolve product-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of technical support cases
- Visit job sites as needed and participate in OEM factory training each year
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC field service experience
- Strong knowledge of unitary and ductless HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills – listening, verbal, and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and smartphones
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with urgency
- Must live within a reasonable distance of a Geary Pacific location
