VP of Finance

POSITION SUMMARY : The VP of Finance for Gebhart Holdings will prepare all financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and government agency reports), budget preparation, and audit functions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Banking relations include managing all company financial lines and loans, overseeing investment of funds and working with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
• Works with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
• Develop collection processes for budgets and forecasts. Optimize these processes with operations and commercial, with the assistance of Controller.
• Conduct regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs and works with management on variances.
• Lead financial review and month-end closing process.
• Establish and maintain methods for valuing inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
• Manage fixed assets and CAPEX process.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of different scenarios on the company's financial performance.
• Develop and analyze KPIs to assess the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.
• Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
• Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.
