What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shave Ice Customer Service position at Gecko Girlz Shave Ice?
Located in Coconut Grove in Kailua-Kona and Queens Marketplace in Waikoloa! Hiring part time or full time. Position available immediately.
We guarantee a minimum of $21.00 per hour Including tips (Base rate is $12.75/hr with a minimum guaranteed tip rate of $8.25/hr . Training period is paid at $14.00/hr with no tips)
Hours of operation 10am-930pm. We are looking for an employee that is available to work 1-2 shifts per week in the Kona shop plus 1-2 shifts in the Waikoloa shop (Working atleast one weekend shift in the Waikoloa shop is mandatory). Week day shifts at either shop are available.
Candidates must have a reliable schedule and be outgoing and willing to work as a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Prepare quality shave ice and cold drinks
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Prep kitchen and food items
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Engage and interact with customers, team mates and managers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Able to work both shifts starting at 10am and shifts ending at 9:30pm
- Reliable transportation and phone communication
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Upbeat and energetic personality
