Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, Fine Dining establishment
- Our Sous Chef must be reliable
- The Sous Chef must have a strong passion for developing and mentoring others. Those with a short temper need not apply.
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, fine dining setting while maintaining consistent food quality is essential for the Sous Chef
