Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our high-volume Dining and catering services team in Lancaster, PA. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, culinary, large scale catering, employee development, and innovation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit
- Plans and supervises special functions
- Maintains cash control and payroll records – financial management to drive growth
- Hires and trains unit personnel
- Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations
- Provides local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions
- Oversees management/administrative team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume catering services
- Strong financial management skills
- Excellent leadership and employee development skills
- Culinary experience preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
