Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through direct selling, telemarketing, and developing key accounts.
- Manage group bookings, meeting room utilization, and sales contracts to maximize revenue.

- Maintain strong relationships with top accounts and community organizations.
- Conduct market research and analyze competition to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create and monitor sales and marketing strategies.
