Title of Position : Sales Manager

Job Description : As the Sales Manager for our company you will lead hotels in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPar Index goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem. As the Sales Manager, you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives. Hotel Sales experience is a must. The Sales Manager must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred.
