In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll provide vision and hands-on guidance across multiple departments, including Front Desk, PBX, Bell Staff, Group Rooms Coordination, and Concierge. As the champion of our Forbes Guest Services program, you’ll ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and iCare culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight and hands-on leadership of Guest Services teams to maintain Forbes luxury service standards.
- Financial accountability, including budget creation, labor cost monitoring, and expense control.
- Recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management for a cohesive, high-performing team.
- Guest relations management, including VIP interactions and handling service recovery.
- Collaboration across departments to consistently exceed guest expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Front Desk operations.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
- LUXURY EXPERIENCE highly desired
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
