Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma required, College degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of fast food or fast-casual restaurant multi-unit management experience.
- Proficiency in Company's standard operating procedures, HR policies, P&L analysis, Supervisory practices, interviewing, and applicable employment laws.
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Maintaining optimal staffing levels and diverse management teams across various restaurant locations.
- Developing effective recruitment, recognition, and retention strategies.
- Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for restaurant management.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Ensuring adherence to food safety procedures and health regulations.
- Conducting routine visits to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards are met at every location.
Driving Growth and Profit:
- Implementing monitoring mechanisms to drive sales and profit goals.
- Developing local restaurant marketing plans.
- Managing new product rollouts and procedures to increase profitability.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods, work in varied environments, and travel between restaurants.
- Mobility for bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Possess good vision, hearing, and communication skills.
