Title of Position: Director of Sales

Job Description: The Director of Sales needs to analyze and act on market conditions such competitors, trends and opportunities. The Director of Sales must develop and implement an annual sales plan and meet expected budgeted sales goals. Our Director of Sales plays a dynamic role in the growth of our business so this individual will require excellent networking skills to create strong relationships throughout assigned territory and the desire to succeed! Ability to establish a specific sales growth plan for your territory, while using appropriate interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to execute sales plan and ultimately grow market share.

Qualifications:

• The Director of Sales must have hotel sales experience of at least 3 years.
• The Director of Sales must possess a true desire to mentor and develop others.
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Director of Sales
• The Director of Sales must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
