Job Title : Area Leader of Training

Job Summary : We are looking for a passionate and experienced Area Leader of Training to oversee the development and implementation of training programs across multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and training, with a deep commitment to employee development and operational excellence. As the Area Leader of Training, you will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant teams are trained to the highest standards, fostering a positive work culture, and driving consistency across locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage training programs for new hires, ongoing employee development, and leadership growth across multiple restaurant locations.
- Work closely with restaurant management to assess training needs and ensure programs align with operational goals and company standards.
- Conduct training sessions on customer service, food safety, operational procedures, and leadership development.
- Train, mentor, and support restaurant managers and team leads to ensure they are equipped to effectively train their own teams.
- Ensure that all employees meet company standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through regular assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
- Lead and participate in new store openings, ensuring all staff members are trained and prepared for day-to-day operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training materials, processes, and industry trends to continuously improve training content.
- Monitor and track the progress of employees in training programs, providing additional support where needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive training environment, promoting engagement and retention across the workforce.
- Assist in creating and updating training manuals, handbooks, and other resources for both new hires and experienced team members.
- Collaborate with area leadership to ensure consistency in training delivery and the achievement of performance goals across all locations.
