We are seeking a motivated and experienced Center Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store's center store department. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the center store department, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection and pricing.
- Oversee the stocking and presentation of products to ensure a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
