We are seeking a skilled and motivated District Trainer to oversee and deliver training programs across multiple locations in the Middletown, CT area. As a District Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant staff are properly trained in company standards, operational procedures, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with restaurant management teams to drive performance, foster a positive work culture, and ensure consistent operational success across all locations in the district.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute training programs across multiple restaurant locations, focusing on company standards, procedures, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ongoing training sessions for team members at various levels, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to identify areas for improvement and customize training solutions to address specific needs within each location.
- Ensure all team members are trained in food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting content and delivery methods as necessary to improve learning outcomes and performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to restaurant managers and staff, helping them apply training concepts to real-world situations.
- Track and report training progress across all locations, maintaining accurate records and identifying areas for improvement.
- Create and update training materials, ensuring that all resources are relevant and aligned with company goals and standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development, integrating new methods into the training programs.
- Support the development of a strong team culture by promoting the company’s values and encouraging employee engagement.
- Travel to different restaurant locations within the district as needed, ensuring training consistency and delivering hands-on support.
