Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced and customer-focused environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, leading a team, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

Staff Management : Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and food quality. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training.

Customer Service : Ensure the highest standards of guest service are met by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Foster a positive atmosphere and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Operational Efficiency : Oversee all restaurant operations including inventory management, food safety protocols, and cleanliness. Ensure that all operational processes run smoothly and meet health and safety standards.

Financial Management : Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

Staff Scheduling & Payroll : Create staff schedules that ensure the restaurant is adequately staffed during peak hours. Manage labor costs and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.

Promotions & Marketing : Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreach to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the restaurant.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
