General Manager – Entertainment Venue with F&B | Fredericksburg Area
Salary : Up to $85K Bonus | Full Benefits
Are you a driven, experienced leader ready to take the reins of a dynamic entertainment venue with a robust food and beverage component? We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee an established location in Greensboro, NC.
This senior leadership position offers the opportunity to manage a team of 100 employees and oversee annual sales of $5M. We are looking for tenured candidates with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of success in high-volume environments like national restaurant brands, Dave & Buster’s , or Bowlero .
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Operations : Oversee all daily operations including food & beverage, entertainment, and guest services to deliver an unparalleled experience for every visitor.
- Drive Success : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profit goals while elevating operational excellence.
- Build Teams : Recruit, train, and lead a team of up to 100 employees, fostering a culture of enthusiasm, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage Financials : Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control, and financial targets to ensure maximum profitability.
- Deliver Excellence : Maintain top-tier cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.
- Be a Community Leader : Cultivate strong relationships with staff, local vendors, community leaders, and corporate stakeholders.
