Restaurant Service Manager – Mooresville, NC

Salary : Up to $60,000, based on experience

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Service Manager to join our high volume, full service concept in Mooresville, NC . This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, provide outstanding guest service, and grow with an organization that values excellence and hospitality.

Job Qualifications

We’re looking for a leader who brings passion, expertise, and a dedication to guest satisfaction to the table. The ideal Restaurant Service Manager will have the following qualities and qualifications :

3 years in Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual steakhouse setting.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record in managing and training service staff.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

A guest-first attitude and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.

Budgeting and financial management experience, including cost control.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in Mooresville, NC, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

Recruit, train, and manage service staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt, professional resolution to maximize guest satisfaction.

Oversee restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and efficiency improvements.

Maintain compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
