Key Responsibilities :
- Daily Operations Management : Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership & Development : Lead, train, and manage a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Customer Experience : Ensure that each guest receives a high-quality dining experience by delivering excellent customer service, addressing any concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial Management : Assist with the management of restaurant budgets, including labor and food costs, while ensuring profitability. Implement strategies to control costs without compromising quality.
- Inventory & Ordering : Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the restaurant is stocked with all necessary supplies. Work with vendors to order supplies, maintain stock rotation, and minimize waste.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness in both front-of-house and kitchen areas to meet all regulatory standards.
- Team Scheduling : Create and manage employee schedules to ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed during peak hours while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
