We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service, quality food, and a positive guest experience.
• Staff Leadership & Training : Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Lead by example and provide coaching, feedback, and training to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Customer Experience : Ensure every guest has a positive dining experience by maintaining high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness. Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Financial Management : Monitor and manage operational costs, including labor, food, and beverage costs. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Inventory & Ordering : Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies to ensure consistent availability of products and minimize waste. Track inventory levels and manage stock rotation.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the dining and kitchen areas.
• Team Scheduling : Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
• Operational Efficiency : Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor the flow of service to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Marketing & Promotions : Work with the marketing team to implement local promotions, events, and marketing strategies that attract guests and drive sales.
