We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences at a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in Holbrook, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a busy setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain consistent quality and high standards for food, beverage, and customer service.
- Team Leadership : Lead, train, and inspire a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff. Provide coaching and feedback to promote a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Guest Experience : Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience by addressing concerns, ensuring prompt service, and handling special requests in a professional manner.
- Staffing & Scheduling : Manage staffing levels to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Inventory & Ordering : Oversee inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Financial Management : Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget and operational costs. Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs, implementing strategies to meet or exceed profitability goals.
- Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for staff and guests.
- Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, special events, and campaigns designed to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution : Address operational issues or guest concerns promptly, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high customer satisfaction.
