With anticipated $5 million in annual sales , this restaurant is poised for success, and we’re seeking a hands-on leader to ensure every detail of its launch and operation is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee All Operations : Lead all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest experience.
• Manage a Dynamic Team : Build, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of managers, chefs, supervisors, and crew members.
• Drive the Grand Opening : Utilize your new restaurant opening experience to lead the launch from pre-opening initiatives to establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
• Achieve Business Goals : Keep the restaurant on track to meet performance standards, including hitting revenue and profitability objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a General Manager role within the premium, casual, full-service dining space. Experience with new restaurant openings is essential. You should be a natural leader with a knack for building strong teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
