About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to oversee a dynamic, large-scale operation that’s both high-visibility and high-status. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for driving excellence across multiple facets of the business, ensuring a flawless guest experience at every level.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire a full executive culinary team to deliver elevated dining experiences.
- Manage a skilled event sales team , ensuring seamless execution of private events and functions.
- Oversee Front-of-House operations, including FOH Managers and Assistant General Managers, driving performance and delivering top-tier service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed annual revenue targets of $15M .
- Implement operational systems and processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, fostering growth and development in both leaders and team members.
