Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all culinary activities, ensuring exceptional food quality and preparation.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, training staff to consistently deliver remarkable dining experiences.
- Oversee guest services, delivering tailored, memorable moments while addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain effective staff schedules to meet operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
