About the Role
As the Senior Director of Catering & Event Sales, you will have a key leadership role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a dedicated team of 3-5 professionals, managing all aspects of catering sales, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences with each event. You will be at the forefront of driving catering revenue in the $3M-$4M range while providing strategic direction to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive catering sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the $3M-$4M range.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 3-5 catering sales professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and glowing referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including culinary and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain budgeting forecasts and contribute to strategic business planning.
- Generate sales to support a state of the art commissary kitchen.
