Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise the restaurant and banquet teams to uphold high standards of service excellence and operational performance.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies aligned with brand standards to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage inventory and coordinate ordering of beverage products to meet operational needs.
- Administer and oversee the POS system, ensuring staff training and processes are current.

- Proficiency in managing food service technology, including POS systems.
