Duties
- Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Oversee shift management, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed and operational needs are met.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Supervise staff performance, providing training, coaching, and feedback to enhance productivity.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for employee hours worked.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track inventory levels, and forecast future needs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in Assistant Restaurant Manager/AGM is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully supervising teams.
- Experience in recruiting and training staff within a retail environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Proficiency in retail math concepts to support inventory management and sales analysis.
