Responsibilities :

Oversee Daily Operations : Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery with a focus on excellence.

Lead and Mentor Staff : Manage, motivate, and inspire your team to consistently provide outstanding customer experiences.

Inventory Management : Manage stock ordering and control to reduce waste and maximize profitability.

Customer Service : Address complaints proactively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strategic Support : Assist the General Manager in planning for the restaurant’s growth and long-term success.

Safety and Hygiene Standards : Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness protocols.

Financial Monitoring : Support budgeting and performance tracking to drive profitability.

Qualifications :

At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.

Proven success in leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and implement improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate a diverse team.

Experience with inventory management and financial performance monitoring.

Passion for the restaurant industry and a drive to ensure business growth.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
