Title of Position : Restaurant Manager
Job Description : The Restaurant Manager will work directly under the General Manager and will assist in the overseeing of all hourly staff members. The Restaurant Manager will share the responsibility of managing activities related to the daily restaurant operations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to : customer service, interviewing, working with members of Management to meet sales and operational goals, training employees, banking and administrative duties. Other duties may be assigned to the Restaurant Manager as needed by the General Manager.
